Ever since 2006, we have been holding our very own exhibition to demonstrate a good selection of the products we currently supply, and most importantly, a range of new products for the coming season. For this year’s exhibition, we had over 90 of our suppliers exhibiting to display their wares. Not only this, the promotions they offered were better than ever before. It really is an event not to be missed as it could save you a small fortune!

There are plenty of refreshments available too, so why not have lunch or dinner on us at the Medina Café and at the same time, plan your new menu and grab loads of bargains which are available to those placing orders at the show (one day only)!

At each of the 90 + stands, our suppliers showcase the products they manufacture and supply us with. They will also be demonstrating many new products that you will not have seen before. With our customers coming to see and (most importantly) try them, we know what we need to be stocking for you to purchase and for you to put on your menu for the coming season. On top of this, you will be able to place orders on the day, have them delivered a month or so later (if you desire) and receive them at greatly discounted prices!

Our next exhibition is on Thursday 12th March 2020

Thank you to everyone who attended our 2019 catering exhibition!

With over 300 catering businesses from across the Island and south coast attending Medina Foodservice’s 18th annual catering exhibition at Robin Hill, it was without a doubt the most successful yet with everyone taking full advantage of the exclusive deals available and testing out the latest products on the market.

Headlined by an increasing number of local exhibitors, there were firm favourites such as Minghella, the Tomato Stall, Island Distillery and Briddlesford Farm Dairy as well as larger, big brand names travelling from all over the country to exhibit – nearly 100 in total. Medina were proud to exhibit their in-house butchery, which has now been established for over 70 years as well as an abundance of fresh produce provided by local growers. One trend was clear this year, with vegan products being prominent including a delicious range of vegan ice creams from the Isle of Wight Ice Cream Company, cakes and traybakes from Calbourne Classics, burgers, dairy-free cheeses, frozen foods and other alternative products to make adapting existing menus for this increasing market even easier.
